CMM will submit claims to your insurance, and if coverage is denied, the patient will be responsible for the cost of the vaccine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For uninsured patients, the cost of a COVID-19 vaccine is $243 for adults and $227 for kids under 12 years old, with a 17% discount for payment at time of service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flu vaccinations are administered without seeing a provider<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All Eagle County community members are encouraged to get vaccinated against the flu. Guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control indicate that everyone 6 months and older should get vaccinated for seasonal flu every year. This does not include Urgent Care visits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tdap is administered without seeing a provider<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tdap vaccine can protect adolescents and adults from tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis. One dose of Tdap is routinely given at age 11 or 12.&nbsp; People who did&nbsp;<em>not<\/em>&nbsp;get Tdap at that age should get it as soon as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tdap is especially important for health care professionals and anyone having close contact with a baby younger than 12 months.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pregnant women should get a dose of Tdap during&nbsp;<strong>every pregnancy<\/strong>, to protect the newborn from pertussis.&nbsp;Infants are most at risk for severe, life-threatening complications from pertussis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Colorado Immunization Information System Disclosure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS) is a confidential, computerized system that collects and consolidates vaccination data for Coloradans of all ages from a variety of sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CIIS helps healthcare providers, schools, childcare centers, universities and individuals keep track of the shots that they and\/or their children have received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exclude yours or your child\u2019s information from CIIS, visit the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cdphe.colorado.gov\/ciis-opt-out-procedures\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CIIS opt-out procedures web page<\/a>\u00a0to opt out of the registry.
