The addition of the CLIA (Clinical Laboratory\u2019s Improvement Amendments) certified Moderately Complex Laboratory allows us to conduct moderate to highly complex testing on site. We are now able to provide same and next day turnaround on many lab draws with the added advantage of obtaining results in urgent and emergent situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All lab inquiries must still be handled by your provider. Patients with urgent or emergent lab results will be notified as soon as the results are available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To learn more about lab service pricing, click&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmmhealth.org\/patient-resources\/charges-and-fees\">here<\/a><\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NOTICE: Starting March 1, 2024, walk-in lab services are only available at the following times for established patients&nbsp;(patients not established at CMM cannot receive walk-in lab services).&nbsp;<\/strong><br>Due to changes in regulatory requirements, Colorado Mountain Medical can no longer accept walk-in patients for lab work and immunizations five days\/week at all locations. Starting March 1, 2024, to best accommodate our patients, we are offering the following days\/times for these walk-in services. Please note, walk-in services are only available to established* patients of Colorado Mountain Medical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Avon &#8211; Suite 200:<\/strong>&nbsp;Monday &#8211; Friday&nbsp;|&nbsp;8:00 AM \u2013 4:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vail:<\/strong>&nbsp;Tuesdays &amp; Fridays |&nbsp;8:00 AM \u2013 4:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eagle:<\/strong>&nbsp;Tuesdays, Thursdays &amp; Fridays&nbsp;|&nbsp;8:00 AM \u2013 4:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dillon:<\/strong>&nbsp;Monday &#8211;&nbsp;Thursday&nbsp;|&nbsp;8:00 AM \u2013 4:00 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*An established patient is someone who has been seen by a primary care or specialty provider in the last three years. This does not include Urgent Care visits. If you do not meet this criteria, you can have your lab orders drawn at your hospital of choice. We apologize for this inconvenience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;If your bloodwork was ordered&nbsp;<strong>by a provider outside of CMM<\/strong>, the lab order must include both:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The provider\u2019s signature&nbsp;(usually located near the bottom of the order form)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The diagnosis or reason for testing. This might appear as:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A short description (like \u201canemia,\u201d \u201cdiabetes,\u201d or \u201cannual physical\u201d),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A code that starts with a letter followed by numbers (like \u201cE11.9\u201d or \u201cZ00.00\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sometimes it&#8217;s listed under \u201cICD-10,\u201d \u201cDX,\u201d \u201cDiagnosis,\u201d or \u201cClinical Information.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If either the provider\u2019s signature or the diagnosis is missing, we will not be able to proceed with your blood draw.
